The founder of Boston Private Tutors, Stephanie Schmit is passionate about building community for families who continue to take precautions in light of the ongoing pandemic. We are planning summer programs, virtual workshops, and in-person classes to meet your family’s needs for safe participation and connection.

Offerings may include:

  • General enrichment

  • STEM subjects like robotics

  • Outdoor activities

  • Swim lessons

  • Theater/drama/debate

  • Fun science experiments

  • Music, arts, writing and film

    About our precautions:

    We use high-quality masks and air filtration, and add layers like testing when appropriate or requested. The tutors and instructors I hire share these values. They’re not just willing to mask for class; they understand the risks, take precautions in their everyday lives, and treat community safety as the baseline prerequisite for good learning.
