Final camp locations will be confirmed at least 30 days prior to the start of the program. Locations are selected based on safety, accessibility, and program needs, and will be communicated as soon as they are finalized.

If the confirmed location falls outside of this defined area, families may request to transfer to another location (if available) or cancel for a full refund within 7 days of the announcement.
